Media reports: Cause was accused of plagiarizing 574 style shoes by New Balance,Louis Vuitton promises not to sell its Minstrel sneakers
Louis Vuitton conceded that New Balance company has the patent of 574 style shoes. Louis Vuitton has been always committed to fight against counterfeit and shoddy goods, so it gave a definite reply after three months that New Balance charging against of the act of plagiarism.
The civil legal director Michael Pantalony who is in Louis Vuitton U.S. subsidiary Said he was pleased the matter can be resolved peacefully. Vice-President of Intellectual Property Rights of New Balance ED Haddad showed the deep appreciation to Louis Vuitton’s quick response. He said: Our two companies will work together to jointly protect intellectual property rights.
